Notes: At the trade show, I
expected to see all the latest innovations in school buses... What I didn't
expect to find was a beautifully restored antique! This 1937 Chevrolet
is in pristine condition- check out the crank-handle starter in the front
grille, the stick shifter, bench seating, and polished wood floor. I'm
not sure, but I think the red thing in the engine compartment is a Model A-type
"ooo-gah" horn! Not only is this bus beautiful to look at, but it is
driveable as well: We saw it several times during our stay, cruising
down Galveston's Seawall Boulevard.
