1992 Wayne / International Lifestar (3 Buses)

Notes: These forward-control buses have short wheelbases and are the most maneuverable of our full-size buses... They can "turn on a dime and give you 9 cents change", but they are also rather rough-riding.  The front grill has a Lifestar emblem in the center, and an International emblem in the lower right corner.  The engine doghouse cover is long, low and sloped and also has the International emblem on it.  There is a small door on the doghouse cover that can be opened to get to the dipsticks and heat valve without unlatching and lifting the whole cover.  The Navistar DTA360 engines on these buses are loud, especially the turbo "whine".  Like most late-model Waynes, there is sound-absorbing blanket surface-mounted on the ceiling above the driver's area.
